■ Order Processing
- All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after receiving payment.
- You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.
- Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.
■ Local Shipping (Sweden)
- All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Trollhättan, Sweden.
- We offer standard shipping via PostNord/DHL/Bring.
- Estimated delivery time: 2–5 business days.
- Shipping cost: Free shipping on orders above 3500 SEK. For orders under this amount, shipping fees are calculated at checkout.
■ International Shipping
- We currently ship to most EU countries and selected international destinations.
- Delivery times vary depending on the destination (typically 5–12 business days).
- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
- Please note: Customs fees, import duties, or local taxes may apply depending on the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
■ Tracking Your Order
- Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email.
- Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become available.
■ Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, refusal of delivery, or failure to pick up from a collection point, the customer will be responsible for reshipment costs.

While we do our best to ensure timely deliveries, delays may occur due to:
- High seasonal demand
- Courier issues outside our control
- Customs inspections for international orders

Returns & Exchanges Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from BUSI Company. If for any reason you are not, please review our returns and exchanges policy below.
■■ Returns
- You may return items within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.

- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
■ Exchanges
- If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, please follow the return process and place a new order for the replacement item.
- Exchanges are subject to product availability.
■ Refunds
- Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned items.
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases of defective or incorrect items.
■■ Non-Returnable Items
