We gladly accept returns for items purchased via www.busicompany.com, subject to the following conditions:

• Items must be in perfect, unused condition, re-packed in their original packaging with all tags still attached.
• Returns must be requested within 14 days and received by us within 30 days of your package delivery date.
• Non-returnable items: Accessories, headwear, sale items, and gift cards.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping fees, which are non-refundable.
• Busi Company is not liable for return shipping charges or lost packages during transit.

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. For a new size or product, please place a new order.
